二、预约形式：

（一）现场预约：心理健康教育指导中心登记预约

（二）电话预约：通过咨询值班表中的电话联系咨询师

（三）网络预约：通过 QQ ：3316413967，进行网上预约

（四）其他预约方式：通过班主任或心理委员代为预约

三、咨询细则

（一）预约时与咨询员约定咨询的具体时间和所咨询的问题，首次咨询时尽量提供真实、详细、有效信息，并提供正确的联系方式。咨询员会遵守职业道德，保护学生隐私。

（二）咨询室根据预约信息进行合理安排，并及时通知心理咨询师。每次咨询时间大约 45-60 分钟。

（三）一次咨询结束后即可预约下一次咨询时间。

（四）预约后需按时赴约，如不能赴约，需要提前24小时及以上退约。退约方式与预约方式相同。

I. Counselling Hours:

II. Ways of Appointment:

(1) On-site appointment: Register for an appointment at the Mental Health Education and Guidance Centre.

(2) Telephone Appointment: Contact the counsellor through the telephone number on the counselling duty table.

(3) Internet appointment: Make an appointment online through QQ: 3316413967.

(4) Other ways : through the class teacher or psychologist to make an appointment for you.

III. Rules of Counselling

(1) When making an appointment, you will agree with the counsellor on the specific time of the consultation and the problems you want to consult, and you will try to provide true, detailed and valid information and correct contact information during the first consultation.The counsellor will observe professional ethics and protect students' privacy.

(2) The counselling room will make reasonable arrangements based on the appointment information and promptly notify  the psychological counselor. Each counselling session lasts approximately 45-60 minutes.

(3) After one counselling session, you can make an appointment for the next one.

(4)After making an appointment,you need to attend the appointment on time.If you are unable to attend the appointment.you need to withdraw from the appointment 24 hours or more in advance.The withdrawal method is the same as the appointment.
